A multi-tenant SaaS applicant tracking platform built to connect fresh graduates with employers across the Middle East — conceived, designed, and built end-to-end by Upspark.
The Challenge
A Regional Gap Fresh graduates across the Middle East needed a more direct path to employers actively hiring in the region — most existing job boards weren't built around that connection.
Multiple Stakeholders, One Platform Candidates, recruiters, companies, and universities all needed their own workspace and permissions, without splitting the product into separate systems.
Sustainable from Day One The platform needed a real billing model built in from the start, not bolted on later — subscriptions and one-time plans that could scale with usage.
What We Built
Multi-Tenant Platform
A Django REST Framework backend with a React + Vite frontend, giving candidates, recruiters, companies, and universities each their own dashboard within one platform.
A clear candidate journey — register, complete onboarding, choose a membership plan, land in a personalized dashboard.
Membership & Billing
A full Stripe billing system supporting both recurring subscriptions and one-time checkout, with webhook-driven membership access.
Tiered plans built around what candidates actually need at different stages of their job search.
